  1. B+ is a BS rating, that man was searched, cuffed, and made sit on the ground like a dog for a headlight violation. A, is more appropriate given the how the officer took every opportunity to try and escalate the situation to an arrest.

  2. Those cops are oÉ“noxiouá¹£ á¹£cumÉ“ags, they are an embarrassment to the department, their colleagues, the city and the policing occupation as a whole (which can no longer be called a "profession"… it just can't. There is no professionalism left in that occupation. None. Nada. Zip. Zero. Zilch.) They have no business being cops, from the goof who initated the stop, to his P0á¹¢ partner, to the É—ouch-É“ag who showed up shortly after, and even that lazy turÉ— of a 'supervisor' who couldn't be bothered to attend the scene when requested. He said that that elderly man, with the hip and back injuries, that have been aggravated by the actions of these twäts with badges, will have to ride his bicycle all the way to HQ if he wants to see the supervisor?? FFS!

I hope this guy sues the that city into the dark ages. I hope he is awarded such a massive sum in damages, that it breaks that dept. and the county has to take over policing. I hope all those cops, and their supervisor, lose their jobs, their certifications, their qualified immunity, their pensions, their homes, their marriages, their families, and if they have any pets (especially dogs) that they lose them too. I hope they spend the rest of their miserable lives working in the coal mines, and having to ride bicycles to those jobs, and getting harrassed by other ɗipṣhit cops on a regular basis for petty ɓullṣhit, just like we see here. [/end rant]

  3. "Hey we know you've got a light on your bike but we need you to sit down while we conduct an investigation on the lack of a light on the front of your bike. Hey we know we just let you rifle through your pockets but for officer safety we need to handcuff and search you since you've requested a supervisor"

  4. No one noticed he wasn't on the road but in a parking lot? He had just left the store attached to the parking lot. The pigs had no authority to conduct a stop

  5. You're wrong it's not a legitimate traffic stop he was in a private parking lot they admit to seeing him in the private parking lot so there are no traffic infractions that he can do in a private parking lot

  6. It does not constitute a traffic stop because they seen him in a parking lot which they have no jurisdiction to all issue traffic infractions in a parking lot because it is private property
