  1. Them not telling him why they were asking, but him completely denying he hasn't done anything….but at trial it was a faulty car. Just like Casey Anthony story completely changing..GUILTY

  2. Now, if this man has issues with his automobile and that issue was the cause of him doing all this to these folks, than it fact it wouldn't have been his fault as the truck had an uncontrolled issue that left victims. If he didn't intentionally do this than as bad as it was for the victims, he has also been left a victim. Now that is "only" if all this was caused by an uncontrolled truck. Sad either way all who lost out on this case.

  3. collected criminal history. is that collective for corporate victimless crimes that the corporation loves to extort and fraud the people with or was there injured parties to his so called collective crimes. Question is, was this the actual man traveling in the truck that killed and injured those folks or was it someone else and this guy was the fall guy in the case because they couldn't find the actual criminal that did such a heinous crime

  4. I am surprised this defence lawyer thinks he is smart, his command of the English language is not great and the fact most of his defence witnesses worked well for the prosecution suggest he ain’t really that bright. I thought his defence was pathetic, not the work of an intelligent man. Parents have to take responsibility for producing individuals like this.
