😂 Attorney Puttin 😂 ALWAYS STARES AT PEOPLE 😂
It's 2024 and I still can't figure out what the point of Buster's testimony was
This “forensic engineer†that was called on behalf of the defense, at the LEAST appears to be 100% idiotic. He is bad for the “business/company†he says that he is employed. IF he is an example of that “business/companyâ€, has MAYBE that “business/company†MIGHT have since this court day 19, been tarnished and/or gained or lost MAYBE ANY business?
HEY DID ANYONE ELSE CATCH ALEX PAUSE AND REALLY THINK ABOUT IT when Buster was asked "if it was unusual for your dad to not have his phone with him all the time on the property" ALEX WAS SHAKING HIS HEAD YESSS Because he thought this was going to save him!!!!
Poor buster
Alex called his son aul to be there but not his golden child Buster… Paul didnt want to be a lawyer.. He was not the favourite child even his friends said Maggie treated him differently. That was why he was so close to Gloria satterfield 😢
I think it was a hit that went wrong. I think 2 people were hiding down by the kennels. Alex stayed longer than he was supposed to and the shooters got impatient. I think Alex knows who killed Maggie and Paul. But I don’t think Alex was the shooter. I think he wanted Paul gone because he was gonna be a thorn in his side for the rest of his life. He wanted Maggie gone because he held so much shame he could t face her. I think by them being murdered Alex thought he would gain sympathy.
It's so sad that Alex did his long time loyal firm friends the way he did. Such a disgrace. Even after finding out that Alex had screwed them over by stealing money for YEARS and putting his best friend in the position to have to pay the remaining 192000 out of his own pocket…. ALL his friends STILL showed him sympathy after the murders and STILL put forth their own money of 100000 as a reward.
I know everyone responds to trauma and grief differently, however I just cannot understand Buster's complete lack of emotion throughout his entire testimony. Throughout the entire trial, actually. Every one of the witnesses who knew Maggie and Paul personally got choked up at some point in their testimony. But not a single moment of emotion from Buster.
“Based on an assumption…â€!! What? Harpootlian is a clown!
The defense should demand their money back because that witness SUCKED!!!😂😂😂
4:38:00 they are acting like people dont use crouching as a shooting position and that could make a 6' 7" person take that shot that far from the quail pen. This "expert" was paid and is not held accountable for blinders like the state and have always felt like these consultants should not be qualified to be experts because the simple fact that they are hired to prove or disprove not to look at all the evidence. If anything this witness just solidified the states case.
1:19:14 trial begins…. Y is Alex looking at Buster like he's so proud to see him up on that witness stand???… I don't understand how he can look at him proudly up there knowing he killed his brother and mother and i don't know how Buster can sit up there after hearing all of the evidence throughout the trial and be on his father's side… Amazes me but also think can sit up there cause he knew about it b4 hand or was involved just like John Marvin… He was definitely involved..
Boy Buster you definitely your fathers son!
Ok I'm sick of hearing about this fucktard murderer Alex dipdong fucktard
Insane that Buster had NO tears for his mom or brother. Not once did he break. That’s not normal.
Am I the only one that finds it disturbing that shotguns are given out as birthday presents? Especially when we are told that it is well known that Paul didn't take care of them properly at all. They shoot them all over the place. In what lunatic world is this normal?
This is the thing. I am watching the trial one month after it finished. I know the verdict, but I haven't seen. What I have seen is some news concerning the Stephen Smith case. I am at 1:30:00 and whatever Buster says, it is going to be so hard for me to accept it without thinking "this is the guy who was a lover of Stephen Smith and killed him so that it didn't become known." This is my bias going into whatever Buster's testimony and cross-examination are going to be. The irrational thing is that it's not even known if Buster is in fact Stephen Smith's lover at that time. Apparently Smith had told somebody that he was dating a very powerful man. That could be anybody. Me personally I wouldn't call somebody who had been expelled from university for cheating "powerful", but I guess that the society surrounding the whole Murdaugh family considered all of them powerful. It was all pretend and a house of cards, but people would give every member of this family power and prestige.
Anyway, this is my bias and I am putting it out here. I know, I know, who cares? But maybe I will making a summary of my opinion at the end and that would be interesting for myself, even if not for anybody else.
Lmao @ everytime the prosecutor refers to the engineer's 3D render of the shooter as a 12 year old or youth, though I'm 5'2", that's what I thought when they showed it.
Wow. I've never heard of a child not knowing their dad's birthday. Especially the golden child.
Is it just me, or does their “expert†witness remind anyone of “Cliff Clavin†from CHEERS?
It's a super close, super loving & involved family, yet Buster wasn't very aware of much of the opioid confrontation or how the family was dealing with it. If that's true, what does it say about a family where that's not a big deal.
Are they a family who pretend to be close, but don't really actually know each other. Or were the boys taught to be "alphas" who don't confront real emotions (because they're not allowed to have them) & instead focus on the joy of killing things (including the hogs, which were killed because they destroy the land that the family use to attract other things to kill). It's all so weird.
This so called 'expert' is a joke, right? Let's bring in a little 'comic relief', yes?
7:25:00
Prosecution begins to eat Defense expert alive.
(At one point admits he doesn't use assumptions- assumptions used are required to be stated by professionals; and won't put real limits on his expertise,; is never fact checked by others, asks if he ever did any studies on fire arms they are never published and only personal,… on and on and on. Heck the graph he uses for Alex's speed isn't even his work and he has no idea where it came from!)
How do they know he (the shooter) wasn't kneeling /lying on the ground and shot or stumbled? They don't.
It doesn't matter if you could hear the gun shots inside the house because there was no one in the house to hear them.
7:59:32 what? Where did they get this guy? If the wind is blowing away from the house towards the kennels it’s not going to be the same as if the wind is blowing toward the house. He’s so sloppy in dismissing variables
Surely mass would be a vital piece of information in working out the distance an object could be thrown?? I can throw a phone much further than I could throw a concrete slab 🤔
Are these the so called responsible gun owners?
1:35:16 every game – except the ones where they didn’t… uhhh
And Buster didnt get to choose what family he was born into so let's PLEASE stop judging. You dont know how you would act if this had happened or if this had been your family.
I imagine AM's defense team had a great reputation b/c he only wouldve hired the best, but frankly I am just not all that impressed w his team. I REALLY think the right defense attorney could have made SUCH a difference for Alex. Look at OJ, look at Casey Anthony! They had the right attorneys. Anyway, I know everyone thinks AM is guilty and I would hope to "prove" that I had done something this horrific the state would have DNA or some type of hard evidence….and not just their assumptions and opinions as to what they assume took place. I just think its f*** up he was convicted on this little amount of evidence. YES, the man was he was a thief, a fraud, an addict but I still do not think he did these horrific crimes. I DO think AM knows who did it but isnt saying or at least knows a little morw. Just my two cents . You dont have to agree, that's the good thing about opinions, everyone has one. 🙂
How tall is buster?
No point to put buster up there. Jury will know he will obviously speak well of his dad and say what defense has told him too
Isn't anyone mentioning that he could have been riding that ATV and shooting
Although I do believe his father is guilty I'm really praying for Buster that he doesn't carry on the same shenanigans as his predecessors of the same DNA. On another note I think his red hair is so beautiful ðŸ˜
Does buster seem a little embarrassed to talk abt the excess of moselle
