I looked up Charlie Tan. He was later charged and convicted federally for the illegal purchase of the gun that killed his dad. He received a 20 year sentence. Appealed for a reduction that was denied.
I feel that Charlie was a scapegoat. This is an old case and Charlie was convicted of murder. Mommy is free.
The sad part is that his mother would have gotten a light sentence if she had defended herself, but she chose to use her son as a scapegoat. She did this instead of divorce, making herself out to be a little orphan for others to defend. She's giving me chills – she was willing to sacrifice her son's life.
So she had to have like 5 surgeries…. and no DNA swabs were taken? Or saved in evidence? Can be compared…
I also think that man is lying! He thinks if this guy could evade prison when the whole world thinks it's him for 20 yrs… maybe I can too…. he's a true master manipulator! I'm 5"0 and IF I was so angry and determined to use a shot gun on somebody who's been abusing me, my little body filled with adrenaline would be able to handle that gun if I was motivated enough! Just because your small doesn't mean you're not capable. I've seen what little women can do when they're extremely focused with sheer will power. Lifting a car or person while in fight or flight mode. There's so many stories you can dive into. Whoever thinks size matters isn't living in reality.
