The battle over whether rapper Drake can be deposed in the XXXTentacion murder trial continues this week as the deposition date of February 24 set by the judge approaches. Aubrey Drake Graham’s legal team has persistently fought against the deposition, claiming he had nothing to do with the murder of Jahseh Onfroy, while a defendant’s attorney alleges the rapper was involved in the murders.
