Suspects Michael Boatwright, 28, and his accused accomplices, Dedrick Williams, 26, and Trayvon Newsome, 24, could receive life in prison if convicted of the murder.

    Mr Padilla thinks he needs to shout to make his point, it’s off putting and doesn’t work – esp when questioning witnesses. I’d tell him to change his attitude

    What does Drake have to do with Chuck being there at the crime scene committing a robbery? I don't understand why this lawyer won't move on. Drake wasn't there and he didn't hire Chuck to kill x. Is he saying another group of men were in the van?

    I’m incredibly impressed with the restraint shown by Judge Usan during the Drake deposition hearing. The zoom testimony of the hard-of-hearing 81-year-old CA process server couldn’t have been any more cringeworthy, and the repetitive arguments made by both attorneys made the hearing twice as long as it needed to be. I’m hoping going forward Padilla will stop his ridiculous questions about Drake but I doubt it.

    Drake is definitely guilty of Murder for hire. He will be prosecuted to the highest extent and be the first High level rapper in the world to go to prison forever, he will have had the most fans and supporters out of any other ,music artist to go to jail forever, he will be an example of how not to act and how not to be. He and many other famous musicians and artists are supposed to be someone who people look up to especially the youth, they have done a very poor job at it and the world is suffering and lost because these leaders are supposed to lead, not lie, murder, kill steal and destroy, they say they are being lead by God, but rest assured they are not being led by the true God, the most high God and Jesus Christ, they are following the false god of this world which is making them do certain things, everyone now knows that rappers like drake are involved in secret societies and they have been doing ritualistic killing for a very long time, with all of this information coming to light, more and more darkness is going to be exposed until eventually all the evil on earth is removed and then we all who have pure hearts and souls can live in peace, prosperity and abundance forever.     When is this trial continuing??????????????? It’s now February 28th no case yesterday no updates 🤷🏾‍♂️ but all other cases are shown every day what’s up with this case??

    Can anyone summarize what they want to achieve with the trial? There are literally already recordings of what happened, and lie them to jail and that's it! And if there is a third party to look for it

    The Spanish lawyer with the blue suit is horrible. His points are reaching and his delivery is jumbled. I really don't see why we need to hear anyone's case after Robert Allen already painted the whole picture

    WOW!! Mr. Padilla please take a deep breath….slow down…relax….calm..calm…it’s gonna be ok. You’re not making yourself look very good in front of this Judge….Slow & steady. I’m pretty sure your entire case is not going to hinge on Drake coming to court. You should just head to the bar…I mean an Oxygen Bar for a few long deep inhales then go home & put on some Chick Corea while soaking in a tub full of Mr.Bubbles. Get a good nights rest & tomorrow the sun will rise for another glorious day!

    That lawyer is risking his law licence on foolish theory that Drake had this man killed and he knows Drake had nothing to do with this matter, who would even want to hire him now. Also that $15,000 that Derrick Williams gave him with is from the actual robbery itself.
