A 13-year-old accused of ramming Texas police in a stolen vehicle was fatally shot in June 2022. The San Antonio Police Department said the use of deadly force against Andre Hernandez was justified in this incident after conducting an internal investigation. I was 13 in San Antonio over 50 years ago now. N.E. side. There were incidents but it had to be a better era than now days.
No idea why police immediately go for gun. When they have other tools and equipment.
The parents are responsible. He was only 13 and wanted to act like a big bad gangster instead of being the kid he was. Too many children these days believe they are a legit banger just because they listen to the music and know the culture.
