Harp is a terrible attorney. I have no idea, none whatsoever, what he was trying to do with this line of questioning. Does he even know/remember his client is on trial for double murder?? Alex deserves this guy as his attorney 100%. They were made for each other, so I'm glad he got dealt that ridiculous hand. Another perfect plan, Alex. Great work there.

Multiple points of objection here, particularly the use of speculation and the defense attempting to lead the witness, but Waters stays silent, because he knows this is yet another witness who's doing the defense great harm.
Sometimes, staying on the job past retirement is just totally self-defeating.

You guys are a bunch of babies. You assume Alex is guilty, and anybody associated with that is a piece of dogcrap because of it. Well after listening to the lawyer on the other video, I realized he DOES have a job to do to represent a client. It aint about guilty or not guilty, its about what you can PROVE in court. Thats the game. Have your opinion, but thats the game. Alex is guilty in my opinion but it is what it is.

This was difficult to watch. Harpootlian came off as being the more flustered of the two, mainly because he couldn't push Mr Crosby's buttons like he so desperately tried to do.
Way to go Sir – Mr Crosby- for keeping a cool head and standing firm to your integrity. I do believe he has found a way past the anger N I'm sure it was not easy

Dude was trying a tom cruise moment. He thought if he screamed at him, he would scream back, and he could use that anger to disqualify his testimony against his client by arguing with the jury that he is simply acting out of anger from the theft that had occurred earlier.
