Prosecutors called their last expert witness back up to the stand Tuesday afternoon in Alex Murdaugh’s trial. Dr. Kenneth Kinsey, a crime scene investigator, testified about the defense’s two shooters theory presented during their case. “I cannot include or disclude two shooters,†Dr. Kinsey said explaining that the defense can’t make these claims either.

My theory is Paul was shot the first time through the shoulder/arm area. The shooter absolutely squeezed In between the door and Paul, for the reason that the shooter could not bare shooting his son in the face and instead entered the room and shot him in the back of the head.

Dr Kinsey was knowledgeable, wise, charmingly humble, and funny at appropriate times. He also came across as haunted a bit to me. His low voice and somber but factual reporting of things he has seen. This man's experience shows in his manner and voice.
It makes me sad that this individual has seen such horrible things. But it seems he's using his knowledge to help. I think he detailed, at some point as he was introducing himself, that he was researching how to better the relationship between police and people of color in the community by looking at something so nuanced as reputation via the media and what they can do gain trust and whatnot. I was impressed with him, and he was so grounded and shaped by real life experience that I ended up trusting his word way more than those other two guys.
I hope he is okay on the inside.
The killer or killers were tactical, in prone positions .. element of surprise . Not say Mr. Wakco did not have anything to do with it. And why is she not running away after hearing or seeing the shot gun go off if they were close to each other .
Umm I love this guy? I was honestly taken a back. Best expert testimony in my opinion.

Saddest part. Is how he used the life insurance off the maid and never give a penny to her children. Lied to them and act like he’s still working in their case.

In the end this expert admitted there was nothing conclusive to rule out two shooters. Heard it clearly. So if you listened till the end it was possible that Alex did not kill anyone. Some other parties could have been there.
That fact this man blew his son head off is unbelievable to me my goodness gracious! That’s next level
Future reference for all court rooms I don’t think it’s a good idea to have any real firearm in the quart room unless the firing pin has been removed for the reason that I’ve seen a SWAT team captain doing a presentation for a kindergarten class and he had a negligent discharge into the ceiling while showing a bunch of five and six-year-olds his service pistol !?!

FF to the 3:30 mark and you can see Alex Murdaugh lean over and read his lips, appearing to say, “That’s what I used to murder my wife.†at the moment the prosecutors bring in one of the weapons believed to be used in the commission of the crimes!!

Mr Harpootlian didn't even have a defense to present. He made the big bucks for absolutely nothing. He was certainly not impressive. AM got what he deserved.
No physics expert but this makes so much common sense. This direct questioning was the best forensics testimony of the whole trial. Imo, this is where it should've started and ended!
Dr. Kensey knows what he's talking about. The defense gun specialist talked in circles, trying to confusthe jurors. Shows if you pay people enough money they will testify to anything and be a expert
