    they’re both lying on things, but her very bitter & smug attitude speaks volumes. “He’s not my boyfriend, he’s my EX husband, that’s inventive, I forgot to leave my DNA on the letter” 😏

    She is emotionally disconnected due to abuse she’s not being an a hole. It’s clear with the injuries and stories it’s very mixed up.
    If I was in the jury it would be tough to reach a decision.
    However, as a human I believe Leigh.

    Overall, Brock’s story sounds so fake and nonsensical. He shows up and Leigh immediately starts attacking him in a hysterical rage? He says she’s “out of control” and that hitting her with the 2×4 only pissed her off even more? What woman gets pissed off and not scared when severely beaten? Also hilarious that he accuses her of being obsessed with him and stalking him 😂 right… Plus ALL the physical evidence. It’s clear Brock is guilty.

    What really irks me tho is if you look thru the comments, many are saying Leigh is guilty solely based on her demeanor. They claim she is lying but don’t say why they think that other than she comes off as very unlikable. I agree she comes off as offputting and harsh / b!tchy in this video but I would be too if my husband tried to unalive me and frame me, and faced no consequences for it. And Brock comes off as much more polite, nice and “softer” because he needs us to believe his story and that he is the victim, and his manipulation tactics has clearly worked on many people. No one is complaining about his demeanor; the people saying he is lying are doing so based off what he says and the evidence. Once again, all the evidence points to his guilt. This is exactly why they tell you as a juror to only consider the evidence and testimony, and nothing else.

    Another key point is why would the family court judge grant Leigh full custody if she was a dysfunctional alcoholic, and not grant Brock ANY custody? There is always a very good reason not to give one parent any custody, usually it’s because they are unstable, using dr*gs or physically or sexually abusive, but Brock was seemingly none of these, so I’m thinking maybe he has a personality disorder (which btw is ironic considering Leigh’s personality is the one people here are hating on) like ASPD, NPD, pathological liar, etc.

    The most farcical theory of hers is that he tried to kill himself by stabbing himself in the back after discovering that she wasn't dead- why didn't he just finish her off, if that was his plan all along????

    He absolutely set this whole thing up! She's stalking him while taking care of a special needs child? I don't like her but she didn't do this. Come on! He left his cell phone and wallet? Get real!!!!

    He left with a he'll of responsibility with there child with special needs is a challenge with in it self! Gone 99% of the time with no companionship or any outlet! He's living a double life with his mistress or even with other women's!
