He forced the woman, a social worker, to stop filming what she perceived to be police officers engaged in a gratuitous use of force outside of view of surveillance cameras (while not wearing body cams). 2. I got hemmed up for pushing a dude that I then beat the brakes off of shortly thereafter… The beating of brakes portion was warranted, but the shove 10 minutes prior to it being an actual threat, was charged as simple assault, which I was found guilty of. Simple assault, it turns out… IS ANY UNWANTED CONTACT! This blue hair literally accused himself of a crime. On camera. TWICE! He's gonna get SMOKED behind bars.

  3. what a SHAME . . . a nice, quite town like this having to bend -the-knee and kiss-the-ring to some knucklehead grabbing you and screaming "GEEEET, GEEEET Y'ALL"

  4. If he wants to talk about trash , he is definitely trash !! I know homeless people do leave a lot of trash behind regardless they are human beings who are so down that most never get back up . Why beat them down even more !!! That deputy Sheriff is a waste of space!! God bless the homeless ❤

  5. I guess luckily when he grabbed her, she didn’t make any attempt to pull away, that probably saved her from a use of force on her. Maybe that was what he was trying to setup but she didn’t play along.

  6. “It’s county property, it’s not yours” Ummm, that makes it THEIR PROPERTY because they pay taxes bud! Wild…

  7. I can understand wanting to clean up the streets in Huntington, it’s bad. However, with the way things are nowadays the police need to be above reproach the good old boy shit doesn’t fly anymore.

  8. A respectful citizen giving plenty room for police to do their jobs was assaulted and deprived of her 1st Amendment rights while it appears the sheriff's deputies were doing their damnedest to violate the homeless man's Fourth Amendment rights. This is a very ugly look for the entire law enforcement community.

  9. Old enough to remember when cctv was first installed, and when the public complained, stating it was an invasion of privacy, the police replied
"You have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide."
    Isn't it ironic.
