It is incomprehensible how a highly educated person could commit such a destructive act.
I wanted to let you know that Idaho does not officially have son of Sam laws after I watched one of your YouTube videos. I looked it up. They do have a crime victims unit that can divert profits, but they do not have beneficial set of sand and that makes me sad. I do live in Idaho
The obsession with Bryan Kohberger has absolutely nothing to do with the victims. Sadly, people are murdered all the time including whole families. No, the obsession has to do with Kohberger's staunch, unshakeable, unflappable independence, autonomy, stoicism, way above average intelligence. People, including the judge, want him punished-not for the heinous crimes, but for his unmitigated independence. They are both envious of it and enamoured with it. Most, including the judge, were religiously indoctrinated/brainwashed in their home of origin and hence imbued with the twin emotions of guilt and shame. Kohberger isn't burdened by either of these and it's pissing people off including the judge. They are salivating in mob fashion for Kohberger to give them something- any crumb or morsel they get their hands on. He's outsmarted everyone and can barely keep the psychopathic (oh excuse me, I meant autistic haha) smirk off his face!

Beautifully said, Josh. I love the way you spoke about the feelings of those families who wanted a trial.
Idaho requires a unanimous death penalty vote, unlike Florida (8-4, suffices).
That was a risk in and of itself. Idaho got there with "You'll die in prison. " Condolences to the families..
An example of why NOT TO ABOLISH the death penalty.
Still don't understand the motive.
WOW THIS DUDE WASTES SO MUCH FREAKING TIME! JUST GET TO THE POINT
Well spoken. And he’s right. Justice has many forms.
Prayers love hugs and strength to the families and friends and the world who are affected by the horrific taking of these sweet souls 🩷Kaylee Goncalves, 🩷Madison Mogen, 🩷Xana Kernodle, 💙Ethan Chapin.
I honestly think this is the best outcome. His life will be hell from here on out. I saw someone say the death penalty is 10-15 years not true there are people on death row for 30 plus years and they get multiple appeals and get to drag the families back in. Here he gets to be punished in prison and the families can try and move on. My thoughts and prayers to Ethan Xana Maddie and Kaylee families. Also my thoughts and prayers to Bethany and Dylan.
With the Justice system so messed up it’s good in a way he took the plead guilty I had a man that broke in to my house and he got away with it I had my family and there were proof and he had a history of breaking in to house and we had everything and I don’t believe in the law sorry
I agree. This guilty plea means there's no risk of a mistrial, no risk of a not guilty verdict or dismissal, no risk of juror misconduct or whatever else could go the wrong way.
His eyes are dead.
He looks ill but that’s his choice.
Prayers for the families of these four beautiful young people. Their memories will live on forever! â¤â¤â¤â¤
My son was in his first semester of college at the University of Idaho when it happened and sending him back after Thanksgiving break. Just made my heart absolutely ache. He’s a part of the Greek community and lives a few blocks from the house.
Going to trial doesn't mean they will get any reason or motive. He's already sentenced….he can just tell them the motive now if he wanted to.
That's why in isam .. the rule is life for a life. Just check the records of how murders went up after the removal of the death penality.
Doesn’t sound fair, 4 young men and women were brutally stabbed to death, a horrific death for all 4. The attorneys saved this guys life, maybe , just maybe if I give it more thought it is fair but can’t grasp it just yet, on that cold night 4 people died. 4 people lost and the killer gets to “keep “ his life behind bars for life. Is it fair ?
