  1. This is always the root cause of any unlawful detention; any facts presented to the officer that DISPELS any criminal activity is ROUTINELY IGNORED. Not to side with the officers but they are also burdened with how can they verify or confirm (sans video evidence) what they’re being told is true. They lie all the time. Courts ruling that they don’t need to take suspect’s explanations into consideration does NOT help the situation. Courts should make it a lawful act to force police to view and accept ANY video evidence at the scene as undeniable proof

  2. Seems like a kind genuine dude who has had some bad luck in the recent past. These cops are disgusting and have lost their humanity. It’s crazy how they put on the uniform and suddenly turn into a whole different person and try to treat every citizen they encounter like they are beneath them somehow. Karma will come around eventually!! 😡

  3. This is the type of so-called "first amendment auditor" who needs to be charged with a crime. He's lurking in a parking lot deliberately making people think he's planning to break into a parked car so they'll call the cops and then they start filming to get evidence for a civil lawsuit against the cops. I consider it fraud against the taxpayers because if they get a settlement or a judgement, the cops aren't paying for it out of their salary.

  4. Once again… a white woman with a cell phone saw absolutely nothing but shes an emotional wreck and feels like shes important and the world revolves around her… started this whole mess! They always do.
Walking around a parking lot is not illegal. Walking on a sidewalk is not illegal. Being able to just stop and put anyone in handcuffs is a practice we need to re-address in this stupid society. No cop should be able to just handcuff anyone when he feels like it under the guise of 'youre detained'. Its cowardly, denigrating and leaves an innocent person defenseless.
    It's fkn sick.

  5. It amazes me to what extent an officer is happy to display how stupid he is of the law. Even to the point that they will argue with you in order to prove how stupid they are.

  6. does anyone understand how actions like this are detrmental to good police people? And we wonder why there is such hate by many for the police. Putting officers on the street that do not know the law is the fault of the heads of a department. They all need to be fired immediately……so sad.

  7. Actually crazy how they even saw the footage, and this was the outcome, it’s always so funny that a citizen knows the laws better than the cop who has to call someone and say, Hey can I arrest this guy? And lie. Crazy. All cops are shite idc what anyone says, I have cop family and they’re still shite lmao

  8. 24:25 thats a fn threat 🤣 in summary. “You wont guve me i.d. So ima take you far away and drop you off far away from already far away from home!” 😂 fn cry baby had to be a resonable person lol. The city thats going to be sued should sue that officer for costing them arms and legs. 😅 damn sue culture (edit note) should sue the lady behind the hotel counter too 😂)

  9. I hate when they say you need to stop watching utube…
They need to start watching do they can learn their job. Yes we know more about our rights cause we have to against them doing this kinda shit.
How in the hell can hold a job with gun taser and able to arrest a person take their freedom have less training then then someone working at Starbucks.
Why haven't they been made to be properly trained in the law that alone should take 2 or more yrs then another yr mental health and another yr on field training..
We need to pick 12 outta the community to sea and investigation on police being charged not blue line game investigation on them self is another bullshit thing happening… HOW CAN WE MAKE THESE CHANGES WHAT DO HAVE TO DO HOW CAN WE GET IT STARTED!!!! IT'S NEVER GOING CHANGE IF WE DON'T DEMAND IT.. THEY ARE KILLING US EVERYDAY SOMEONE INNOCENT IS DIEING OVER PULL OVER OUT TALL LIGHTS

  10. I love how the cops keep speaking sarcastically about him knowing the law when in reality he actually did and now these cops got exposed for lying…. I love that channels like these exist exposing dangerous copy by name and department.

  11. It's so funny. Police officers hate when people know their rights and know what to do. Because police and officers in general like to intimidate people and put the fearing people. So they fear the law. Well, most of us do not, this is why exactly it's important that you people know your rights and knows a lot. If you don't, the cops can intimidate you and that's the prime gold to scare you into obeying their rules.

  12. The cop saying: He was playing stupid 🤣😂🤣😂.. I'd rather play stupid than be stupid.

  13. Cops are extremely dumb. They detain first then look under every stone to try and find a crime even if there is no crime. Cops are extremely dumb. 5 months and 29 days training on how to escalate, lie, make excuses and destroy civilians' lives then 1 day of actual law which consists of Terry and mimms. That's it

  14. they will spend hours reviewing a corporation's video evidence for incriminating images but not a citizen's video evidence to prove their innocence because in 2025, if a cop says your guilty. you are until you prove yourself innocent after a lengthy period of time, a lot of legalese and expense
