Good Night!! Our son took real-estate photos for two years, thousands of them, for houses all over our area and never had so called 'law enforcement' called on him for any reason. As with this photographer, he was only on properties specifically dispatched to by the broker. In MANY cases he was also taking pictures of neighboring properties from the perspective of the subject property as this is key when selling a property. Nobody wants to move next door to a hoarder for example.

Everybody together now, you need to comply during an investigation, but the investigation needs to be implemented with reasonable cause, and the investigation cannot be to find the reasonable cause. Cops really need to learn that cannot just do whatever they want.
