update : Nichole rice was charged with a class AA felony murder , which she was Anita’s childhood friend & roomate at the time of Anita’s death.
Lol the police say they didn't test the evidence yet 15 years later it suddenly matches?? What a load of BS. They were too focuses on the "creepy" people that they overlooked the most likely suspects.
Her brother killed himself before even getting justice for Anita, how is this fair??
Had they only done better, they wouldn't have let the killer live for 15 years unscathed!!

I try and try to understand these peoples mindsets but I guess I’ll never understand what makes it ok in someone’s head to harm another human being.
Anita's killer was either Tyler the maintenance man or her roommate but I'm leaning more towards Tyler or the maintenance man but then again they wouldn't say the name of the roommate which leads me to also believe that they are still investigating her and don't want her to believe that she is part of the investigation still which is why they wouldn't release her name
Maybe a lover we don't know about? Brought home a guy from nightclub.Why dead in the bedroom? Nightclubs check for weapons, that's why he used toy knife. Or maybe her brother did it. Rest on peace.

If you are living with someone you don't trust, who you think might do harm to you… don't hesitate, don't wait, don't make plans to move… you fricken leave!!! Right then and there. You can go back and get your stuff later when you have your friends or the sheriff with you. Nothing is worth your health, not even a rent deposit. I would never go to sleep in the same house when someone has beef with me. Non-negotiable.

Hmm. No S/A, she was covered up definitely believe it was someone close to her. What about her prom dates brother? Just curious he lived there too. Something is fishy. They should do familial dna. Also Tyler saying that a sex offender bragged about killing her then why did they not s/a her? Doesn't add up. I think it was a girl.

Just so everyone knows ..her roommate…Nichole Thomas (maiden last name) Rice (married last name) was charged with Anita's murder on March 17, 2022. I am not clear on all of the evidence that they have against her, but I hope Anita gets the justice that she deserves. RIP Anita!! <3 !
