The 40-ton truck looks like it’s clear from the tracks – but before an officer directing traffic can take a look it’s two late.

Eaton, Ohio
When I heard “Eaton ohio†my jaw dropped.
"pRoFeSsIoNaL dRiVeR"
Who’s the one guy who ran in to help while everyone else ran away?
Cops and trains make a bad mix. Nothing intentional–they just don't get along too well.
only in ohio 💀
I’m sure the idiot truck driver tried to blame everyone but his own stupid ass. I’ve had enough of these idiots ever since one almost killed me when he didn’t look and came over on top of me on the interstate. These morons are getting dumber and more numerous by the day, and I see their stupidity on display daily on the interstates.
Drive thru the gate!
Another as* hole ' truck ' driver. WHAT THE HELLS THE MATTER WITH YOU ? YOU COULD SEE THE ARMS, DOWN ALLREADY, AND THE TRAIN COMING ! STAY THE HELL BACK, YOU SHOULD HAVE NOT GONE ~ ! PARK 40 FEET BACK, FROM THE TRACKS ! YOUR NOT GOING TO GET TO YOUR DESTINATION, ANY QUICKER BY GOING AND PARKING ON THE TRACKS ! ( where has any, uncommon COMMON SENSE went ? )) SO, we the people, ASK ; '' DID YOU LEARN ANY LESSONS, TODAY ? '' probly not.
NS 8139 hits semi truck onto the ditch
Voice commentary and sound effects are 90s quality.
That was close though
He fuck that cop up in that truck damnnnnnnnnnnnnnn 😂 😂
😮ðŸ’â€Ã°Å¸â„¢Â
.
I hope the officer sued the truck driver for stupidity
I just can’t seem to understand why the officer would decide to stand, of all places, directly in front of the semi that’s about to get rear ended by a train.
So it was a minor accident and they couldn't move further away from the tracks? Also I would have broke the crossing arm in a heartbeat.
Omg… drivers, those crossing arms are meant to break away.. in emergencies, put that pedal to the metal and deal with the crossing equipment after!
Damm that dumb ass truck driver wasn't KILLED!!!
Y al final de cuentas termino rompiendo la pluma de precaucion!! Par de idiotas
This incident sounds to me of a case of 'too many crossed wires', as in bad communications all the way round.
Traffic stop near railroad crossing, cops know better the danger close to railroad tracks. Reckless truck driver should not stop too close to railroad crossing. All humans errors to misjudge the consequences.
Minor fender bender, they should have MOVED the vehicles off the road so as to not block traffic!
At the start of the video you can see the same officer walking towards the camera, so he did not just arrive. It is said he was directing traffic, so he may have waved the truck on. The entire detailed story can’t be known from this story, and we know how Media is.
Pretty sure the ones blaming the driver don’t even have a cdl. Stupid 4 wheelers.
Stop look and live so you don’t die
The stupidity here is beyond belief from all involved.
1 like = to the police man life
People against the Truck driver dont have clue of what happened. The cop told the driver to move up but of course there wasn't enough space.
I’d consider myself fortunate if I never here that commentators wretched voice again
This truck driver did not care for safety only care money . Drivin truck 6 months for company then getting own truck telling you driver only got in trucking for money
To hell with that crossing arm i'd be driving straight through it!
Estuvo bien cabron la verdad, los culpables son los polis y el de la camioneta guinda por obstruir la circulación de lado opuesto de la barra de detención
DUMB with STUPID Hard to fathom humans can be this stupid in group
100% preventable all the way around.
Ohio has the DUMBEST cops in the world. A POLICE CAPTAIN doesn't have sense to clear a scene next to a RR crossing!
Dammm. Would have been cheaper the knock down rail crossing .
But in the end the driver should have stopped before the train tracks I'm sure he could have seen if from a long-distance before Crossing
Its just my opinion but ANYTIME an "Officer" is "patrolling the Roadways", it is my understanding that You do EXACTLY AS THE OFFICER DIRECTS YOU TO DO.
And since Everything was captured on camera I'm sure the local PD was very fast at Resolving this accident with ALL parties involved. Just thank God that No-one died!
Lucky
Everyone here is fucking dumb. Why did the officer even pull over the red Toyota Tundra a couple of feet from a crossing. Second why did the trucker try to beat the train?
was the truck on the crossing or did it just come at the wrong time
Stop look and listen!!!
dume ass
Why am I seeing comments against the driver? The officer allowed a traffic stop to happen just feet from the tracks. Any vehicle trying to cross is forced on the other side of the road. ESPECIALLY ones with a long ass trailer. The bar lowered as he was crossing. There wasn't anywhere for the driver to go. Yes, the situation is tragic but the officer should have lost his job… or at least reprimanded. This is legitimately one of the worst displays of policing/reacting to a situation I've ever seen. Dude just calmly walks along the cars
Idiots all around.
The driver of the semi should be beaten, pepper-sprayed, tasered and shot.
