Naw, I don't believe that Suge deliberately ran over Terry, he did it out of a panic and post traumatic stress. And Suge had been shot the year before. And I believe he was high. He pulled back up with a thought of wanting to get down (fight). But he wasn't paying attention and he shouldn't have gotten that much time. You can tell by the way he stopped and then took off again. Lord only knows what was going through his head. It was so much drama back then. Especially about the Straight Out of Compton movie.
