I’m sick of these dumbass cops costing the tax payers money, they’re all blaming the other cop cuz they don’t want to be hated by the public but continue to make these dumbass mistakes.
Just another black man that doesn't have the money to fight this…
Oops!
The ticket was already handed to the other driver which make the stop finished. So, this is just wrong
The LEOs fear is what drove this illegal arrest. Pretty obvious based on the cracking voice of the supervisor at jail. There is no amount of training that will fix these incidents. Only removal of protections for these idiots to force them to think more before they act and not feel so shielded from repercussions for what they do wrong. Their entire existence seems to revolve around retaliation.
Germany 1941 in Florida 2024. Not surprised. You don't learn from history and your bound to repeat it.
100% the cops were on a power trip but sapp dumb af arguing something the cops didnt even charge him other dude with lol
Cops losing more respect every day
11:10 it's weird and funny that he says I'm surrounded by 20 30 40 people or whatever and he chooses to pick out him…..out of everyone… something not right
I find it crazy that as outnumbered those clowns are, they still push the issue.
A large group of people and it could turn dangerous? You mean like how police call in 4 squads of backup for something as simple as a lost person who you then accuse of some crime, take them down then detain them as a lynch mob?
I wonder what their online pages are looking like.
Let alone their phone lines being blasted
What a bunch of uniformed cowards. If you say something they don't like, they always ask you, "Do you want to go to jail today?" Always with the stupid threats of taking your freedom from you for just talking to them. They are disgrace and pathetic. Demons. Talking to a cop is not obstruction.
That supervisor trying to justify the unlawful arrest is just sad, Sapp is just laying out true facts after true facts and this sad POS is trying every way to justify this BS arrest, I hope Sapp wins his lawsuit and takes thhe arresting officers job.
This is not a misunderstanding about obstruction, this was a contempt of cop arrest.
They will settle for an indisclosed amout if oroably $1m usd to keep it out the headlines. I hope he is rich enough to reject any such fee, and take it all the way to the courts. Not many can afford to take the gamble so it all gets bushed under the carpet.
Just looked and a quick google has an estimated net worth of around 500k form hos playing career.
I dont know how much they get paid today, and if he was form a pre silly money era like premerl footballer, an average oaly is on 80k a week now! Top players 300-500k a week, 30 years ago a tip layer made about twice the national average, so still in arms reach of normal people, living in normal houses, driving thr same cars as your dad, just maybe thr high trim level. Today 17 uear old palyers have lambos and ferraris.
anyway moan over,, i see an out of court settlement happening. 500k doesn't go far today.
This is officially my favorite audit the audit video. Videos like this or why this channel exists. It is the de-constitutional action of our American society, broken down to the point where we’re supposed to just do whatever law-enforcement says, regardless of anything our freedoms, and just subject ourselves to their will at all times, otherwise we face absolute Hell in the court system! Thank God for channels like this!!! Thank God for transparency!!!
Damn could you talk any slower? The playback speed button was made for your time-wasting draw.
I think $20 million is pushing it, maybe $19.9 million would be more realistic. Just a pity the cops don't have pay part of it themselves because they don't do that, they will do it again. It nothing to do with educating the cops, it's all to do with they know they can get away with it no matter how Blatant the Act or Lies are. I bet if the cops themselves were partly accountable(say paid half), they would suddenly become educated overnight(A Miracle, seen the light stuff). No more conspiring to cover it up at all levels but it's not just the arresting officer, it's all the others who hide,"obstruct", hinder, mislead, lie, withhold, block, edit/delete evidence, all of them.
The detainment was unlawful. Therefore, the failing to identify was unlawful. Therefore, there is no charge and to my knowledge. All charges have been dropped just for that reason, the entire interaction was unlawful.
She did say "almost double" twice. I guess Sap was just looking to escalate this confrontation
"Im not the arresting officer"
You didnt help, youbdidnt stand up to the lying officer and then you told them to just stick him in a cell ubtil he co plies, you're just as bad and try to pretend you're not, dirty swine
It seems that a good general rule officers should invoke is to error on the side of caution before affecting an arrest and taking someone's freedom away. I've noticed so many interactions where officers seem to think because they simply asked or demanded someone's ID they think their demand automatically is or becomes lawful. Further, it seems they are trained to believe that. Of course, they're overlooking the fact that the encounter must first go from consensual to a lawful (backed up by law) detainment. Mere suspicion, it is not enough. The officer MUST be able to articulate what violation of law has occurred in writing on their report. In other words, they need some sort of proof that a crime or infraction HAS occurred, or was about to occur. I've noticed on multiple occasions that officers, ego and pride seems to get in the way of them properly enforcing the law. Not to mention their lack of understanding of the constitutional amendments, the bill of rights of the people which they simply do not know. You cannot properly enforce the law without knowing the bill of rights. The confusion for these officers arised when they thought they had a lawful detainment. If you have a lawful detainment, then failing to identify would also be a second charge. But since the entire incident, including the detainment, was unlawful, none of that is in play. So, in other words, be very careful before you detain someone and especially before you put handcuffs on someone. No one's going to have a problem with you stepping back and think about what you're doing, maybe even reviewing the laws before you do it. As a person who lives in the land of the free, the home of the brave, I would rather you do that, then make it unlawful, detainment or arrest and make your entire police department look like idiots.
Florida is the worst Gustapo police force, probably in the nation, if not defiantly in the top 5.
DeSantis not only allows this, he applauds it.
He writes executive orders to give them more and more power and less and less oversight.
Disgusting!😡🤬😡😡
i live here!
These cops are TRASH!!
ATA â¤
That Sargent was definitely a bad apple and that is why his offices act badly.
That sergeant don't deserve to have a badge he lies too much and acts so privileged.
What was Warren Sapp obstructing? The citation had already been issued and the deputy was "educating" the driver AFTER the traffic stop ended.
This is funny because if you know how legitimately “Crazy†Warren can be. He handled this situation perfectly.
Supervisor didnt even hear a single full sentence before deciding to take him to jail. What a joke of a human being.
"I dont want to argue with you".. has been said by every person that doesn't want to tale accountability for there actions. Ive met these types all the time. Especially in customer service..
I always like Sapp as a kid growing up watching him in my early teens on the Bucs. I love him now after seeing him peacefully and eloquently relay his rights. The cop with an ego who got butthurt should be reprimanded, but we know he won't
