  1. A justice system is broken when a potentially innocent man had served 33+ years in prison for a crime he did not commit and now that the lone evidence has been disproved and the lone testimony has been recanted, responsible people are taking their sweet time. Nobody seems to be in a hurry to free this man. Everyday that is added to this man's incarceration is double the injustice.

  2. Let the an out you crooked bastards…if you have no evidence, he should t have been in there at all; screw the paperwork-free him unless you can PROVE, not suspect his guilt, & at this point you can not even suspect this man's guilt

  3. Let him out-now they will just say how can we believe you after you say on CRIME watch claiming it was visceral that he was guilty? They should have freed hike if that hair & fingerprint came back negative. If the little sister is living, what does she remember, if anything?

I hope you don't mind that I have included this here, Kay. If so, kindly let me know and I will remove it.

We have had several people ask what they can do to help in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision not to review my dad's case. There is indeed something that can be done to help. We are asking friends, family and supporters to write letters to the Missouri Governor and respectfully ask him to grant him clemency and release him. Just a few key points to be included:
    1. The court's decision does not mean they believe he is guilty. It means they do not have the power to release prisoners based on proof of innocence unless that prisoner was sentenced to death.
    2. The Governor does have the power to grant release to this innocent man.
    3. He is 72 years old, in ill health and the victim is begging for his release as well.
    The contact information follows:
    Office of Governor Eric Greitens
    P.O. Box 720
    Jefferson City, MO 65102
    Phone: (573) 751-3222

    Thank you all so much!

  5. Unfortunately these lawyers etc only care about a conviction, there are many cases like this with innocent people being railroaded for some other persons crimes!
I think people need to get to grips with the idea that the perpetrator is not always someone in the home or known to the family! sometimes it is a random psycho that likes to kill people for no reason in there homes while they sleep!
The cops do not want to scare people by admitting this happens and so instead give people a false sense of security!
