Cops in Titusville, Florida called it premeditated murder. However, Billy Woodward and his attorney would argue the former soldier was simply “standing his ground.” Would the judge buy it?

  1. I work in law enforcement for the State of Florida and know this case very well. I was in shock when I heard he was trying to use the stand your ground defense which I think is one of the most stupidest laws Florida has. If he was at his home and the 3 men showed up there then maybe but he hunted them down and executed two of them and came close with the third. I have NO problem with the person defending themselves but if that person has a chance to get away without anyone being harmed and they do not take it then I believe the self-defense claim goes out the window. This is a case of murder if he was in fear for his family safety the police were just a phone call away but instead he took his firearm and went hunting.

  2. They tourmented the FU– out of this soldier threat after threat. They threaten to rape his child and to burn down his home. Pop pop pop pop pop pop pop pop when you threaten someone's child and home. Kimberly and Keri are JUST as GUILTY as the Men. Too bad Billy ran out of bullets.

  3. If one get`s no help from nowhere for being bullied and threatened by neighbors over and over again, this is what happens at the end.
And one doesn`t need to be a veteran with PTSD to be pushed into a corner.

  4. If you play games with the neighbors, or your coworkers, this is an expected outcome. To much of this going on these days, and in the end the shooter is either dead or in prison, and we call him an evil lunatic, when in reality, when you mess with the bull you get the horns.

    A damn shame.

  5. what pos. faking like he was in a war flashback. that's bs. soldiers don't take matters into they own hands they deploy on command by their superior officers… he's full of it. I hope they cell him up in GP with Tyrone
