Officers Fernandez and Castello, of the Miami Police Department, chase down a suspect who ran a stop sign. Upon pulling over the vehicle, they discover none of the two passengers or the driver have a valid driver’s license or any form of ID. When the officers search the car, they uncover a stash of brand new movie tapes and stolen clothes. All individuals in the vehicle are taken into custody.
