I remember this. I was terrified because I was staying in that area literally right in the middle of the crime area. The case where he killed the 2 women and 12 yr old happened on 63rd ave and Mcdowell and I was staying on 63rd ave and Thomas (1 mile apart) at the time. It made me not want to go out at night because you just didnt know. The whole Maryvale area was terrified thats all people talked about just like back in 2006 when we had 2 sets of serial killers on the loose(The Baseline Killer and The Serial Shooters).

Anyone can be a good person and yet still do evil things. You don't have to be involved with bad people to actually cross the path of a crazy ass dude. You can have a known drug dealer and a business guy side by side and a person will almost always say the drug dealer is the real bad one… but guess what, most of the time it's that dude in a suit that would do the unthinkable and go shoot a ton of people.
