These 2 young black motorists were pulled over for no other reason other than being a young black motorists in a vehicle in Harlem….As these 2 were not issued summonses either arrested in this pullover demonstrates that the sole purpose of this Stop was Racially motivated, and to continue their war against the youths in Minority Areas
