The guy in the last clip could've easily got charges dismissed bc the cop had no probable cause to pull him over (having an argument with your girlfriend in public isn't a crime) until AFTER he pulled him over. And he told him about the marijuana. Even though he could charge him with the alcohol, marijuana and suspended license he could fight that easily bc he was stopped without reasonable suspicion of a crime so in court, the charges after that would be null & void.
