Bodycam footage shows the deadly aftermath of former Las Vegas Raiders football player Henry Ruggs’ high-speed DUI crash in November 2021. The disgraced wide receiver was filmed partying just hours before driving over 150 mph and rear-ending 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog. Ruggs pleaded guilty to felony DUI resulting in death and a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter. According to his plea deal, the 24-year-old could serve anywhere from three to 10 years and won’t be eligible for probation or an appeal.
