Based on the few videos of the police cams during visits to the house during parties, the officers were extremely patient and seemed to have all the time in the world; so going back to this known party house and finding this horror, I wonder if it ever occurred to the police that this kind of thing could have ever happened. The fact that at least 5 girls were on the lease and not one of them were present during a party with a house full of young men seems like a red flag to me.

Everyone is missing the reason for BK standing silent – as explained in the hearing with Mr. Gray, attorney for the Goncalves family, it's because entering a plea means the defendant is accepting the validity of the grand jury indictment. Standing silent means you are not necessarily accepting the validity of the indictment and therefore can argue its validity.

27. The survivors were frozen in fear and were never able to call 911 because we all react differently. Bunk!!!! And more bunk!!!! They were able to message friends who were robustly messaging others by 9am. From 4:25am to 11:58 students were wading thru blood and dead bodies, contaminating the crime scene, only to call 911 to report……a person passed out. Are these really college students?

31. I don’t think cameras should be allowed. I feel the more media coverage on these types of things, the more it lessens the shock value. Which is important. Crimes are being glamorized in the eyes of those with mental illness who are more apt to do this type of crime. The next copy cat will be worse than the last because they want to shock even more so they are “better known” than the last. To them it’s how they are perceived in the eyes of the public. It’s time media realizes and takes into consideration their role in the mental illness of the public.
