I could not care less.
He never abused his ex wife. But he abused Rebekah. Sounds to me like Rebekah was probably emotionally abusive, and he reacted with physical abuse. We don't know how much Rebekah pushed him too the point of getting physical. I don't think she's as innocent as many of the comments here seem to think.
Did rebbeca ever call the cops for domestic abuse she fought back out of fear so it's hard to say did he sit smoke a cigarette and watch her after much abuse? Everyone should stop focusing on alcohol so much and leave abuse but if she left he could have possibly killed her ðŸ˜â€
What strikes me on this case is Rebekah says Donald was calling a hit man but you can clearly hear him leaving a message for his daughter in his last seconds of living life. A life sentence is what she should have gotten. She new exactly what she was doing. They should re try this case.

His daughter is a little delusional. He’s not that bad of a guy? He’s got helter skelter tattooed on his back. Bullet holes tattoos on his stomach. Skeleton tattoos on his hands. Bottle in one hand as he open hand slaps his wife with the other. He didn’t deserve to die but he was no saint.
I think she deserved life behind bars because she had no right to take someone else’s life. She claims to be a battered woman well then she could’ve taken many precautions to evaluate her situation and get out of it but she chose to end-of-life therefore she should be doing life herself behind bars
Her attorney sounds like a fucking idiot, she says graze his head as if she’s minimizing her shooting and killing him. She claims she’s a battered woman so why not get out of the damn relationship instead of picking up a gun and killing him. Honestly both people don't seem pure evil. As none of us are perfect. The thing that seems to have brought about the worst of their behavior was drugs and alcohol. Nothing good will come from addiction to drugs and alcohol. Get sober and get God and everything else in your life will be good! Peace!
People changed, father they are portraying him to be does not exist anymore, the videos says it all how he treats his wife. We’ve all have seen how evil he is, im sorry to say but the daughters are Stuuupid.
Y’all keep saying her dad was abusive but none of that happened with them. Certain people bring out certain sides of people. And Rebecca was the one to introduce him to this lifestyle. Is he wrong for putting his hands on her, hell yeah. But she created a monster she could no longer control.

I’d say less than 20 years. Of course the memory loss is a joke. She was angry and shot him. But who wouldn’t be angry? He beat her like she was nothing. No doubt that she was scared of him and was probably sick and tired of being scared all the time and hit on. I’d say give her 5 years. That’s just my opinion though.
