It's so sad that this step son took his stepdad life over not graduating college . That 911 call from the mother seems why to claim in my opinion. I'm sorry but I wouldn't support my step-children so much for their college. That's their parents responsibility, they get the say in their child's life because they made that child together. Ill help out when needed if they live with us but not their college. My own parents won't help me fully because it's my choice to go not my parents. They taught me to work for success not get handy downs.
