  1. If she’s dating his daughter is she asking him about having a crush on someone else.let not and say we did but this dude is suspect # numero uno.

  2. If he is lying…damn he needs an Oscar!!!! It's not a crime n she is legal but y r u even having someone so young in your old azz company…just creepy

  3. Most dudes is not going to question why she's calling you, You're just going to be a happy , that this beautiful girl called you , and say hey yeah let's go hang out. This is when he starts sounding shady by saying… Why are you calling me out of the blue and then he goes on to say oh she just wanted dating advice , am like huh?? he's lying either because hes GUILTY , or he's NOT guilty and he's trying TOO HARD prove that he's not guilty, but either way HES LYING!!!!!!!

  4. The aunt says "she's 20 yrs old take her keys"
I understand at this point they're saying anything would've helped, but that man would be in so much trouble if he did take her keys or kept her unvoluntarily.

  5. She’s 20.. an adult. Take her keys then you’ll say he’s kidnapping her. Come on now!

  6. I don't believe this guy. I don't believe this young lady went to a guy she was seeing uncle (whom she only met once before) looking for advise. It just doesn't make sense. I think there is more happening here that he isn't sharing. I hope her family get the justice that they deserve. 🙏🏾🕊💛🕊🙏🏾

  7. Aly was 20. Why are adult women never seen as responsible for their own actions. She went out. She got drunk. She decided to drive. Yet her aunt blames the gent who didn't even try to bone the tipsy babe? He is practically a saint.

  8. I feel sorry for the guy and his family. I dont Get it why the aunt is blaming the guy for letting the girl go? This is so stupid! Her daughter is a grown woman and did not want to stay. If the guy insisted, she would have felt uncomfortable and then HE would get in trouble (looking at his skin color). She also was implying that he is a creep because of the age difference. The daughter came to him for help. That's definitely not his problem! The police took every electronic device at his home. Despite all that he was never hesitant to help. Leave the poor guy alone.

  9. I just watched a 36 min interview with that man she was with that night. To me personally, I'm 39yrs old and have teenage kids, they would look at me weird if I was hanging around 20yr olds..his kids only a few yrs younger then her..and the way he was talking, he was really trying to make it known that they were just friends..why would an almost 40yr old man wanna be only friends with a 20yr old girl.. (who looks 15 with braces) something sketch about his intentions..I don't think he killed her but I think he undercover into young girls 🤷

  10. "She's 20. Take her keys"
That bothers me so much, because clearly his relationship with her wasn't close enough to where he could feel comfortable doing that.
However, he should've pressed her harder about staying the night on the couch rather than trying to go home.

  11. But the Surveillance cameras that was showing her earlier in dirty road? Sorry to say this, The person that control that camera might know some things, Also her ex boyfriend stupid comment on her? They need to check on her ex boyfriend too

  12. I believe him. Like the sheriff said could I be wrong, absolutely. But unfortunately she probably crashed and wandered off disoriented and it's possible her demise was just an accident.

  13. I mean she’s 20 … saying “take her keys” isn’t really a good thing to say . .. yes he’s older but that’s not odd , people are crazy .. blaming him – it’s not like they were dating .

  14. Just watched this on June 7, 2021. Since this happened over 4 years ago I looked for updates. It was determined Aly drowned in the Feather River which was relatively close to where her vehicle and cellphone were found. **The rest of this is my supposition and not part of any update.** Aly got her truck stuck in an orchard and tried to walk and get help. It's pitch black and for some reason dropped her cell phone on the road she turned into the orchard off of. Instead of calling someone or using the phone for a flashlight she inadvertently stumbled along in the dark until she got to the river and fell in. Remember, Aly was only 20 and had been drinking. The water in late March would have been very, very cold which could have put her into shock and then she simply drowned. There isn't any indication of foul play here. It's my belief Aly died of accidental drowning.

  15. Can parents freakin be more protective and vigilant with their kids!!

I don't care how old they are. Parents need to be more involved in their children's lives even as adults because they are still part of you, they are still your blood!

There are so many parents fully aware that their children go out partying, drinking and getting
drunk but they don't do anything because "oh, she's an adult now, she can make her own decisions"

Really? So if your adult child wanted to jump off a bridge, you'll say the same thing?

You're blaming that man for letting her go off? How about we backtrack a little and teach our children not to drink period. Not to break the law period. Not to hang out with strange men period.
