5. The judge had to tell the state prosecutor she was not allowed to😂 that also is damning that she's tried to sneak that stuff in any way. Especially when this witness was not working out for her anyway none of them did neither did they're "experts"

How much should this case be even trust it if the state prosecutor has to indulge in misconduct in front of a courtroom and the lead detective admits threatening witnesses and indulging in misconduct in front of the courtroom? The finding of evidence after the fact etc million motives and conflict of interest with the Broward county sheriff's department in general. And my opinion it's all-or-nothing if the state has to resort to tactics like these they never had a strong enough case to have him even locked up for 5 years. They were hoping they would bankrupt him and they didn't. I don't trust any of it. I think the fact that his alibi was ignored and not checked by the detective or did not care because it didn't fit his is just as bad as all the other witnesses he could have had and an actual investigation with people that live outside of the house that these brothers all lived in. There was not nearly enough detective work done. The fact that they did not pull any cameras from the hundred plus businesses instead of flying over with the helicopter and painting a picture should say it all

It looks like the cops and prosecutors did a horrible job throwing this case together, and mellys girls mom just admitted to being openly threatened to testify.. or she will be charged. Doesn’t sit well with me. Looks like the prosecution is throwing a whole lot of. “This is what we think happened”. And not “this is what we know happened”. I think he did that Shii but I’m also thinking with how slobby this case was thrown together he might walk.

Theres no reason to lie about when,where, why you dodnt ride woth them to the hospital or call 911 for help? Why you drive around for over 30 mins before going to the hospital? Then having a matching shell case of the ones found on the rode. Which are supposedly from the drive by? But yet one shell flew forward and just rolled under melly seat?? SMH. Melly has maybe 1 percent chance of beating this. There hope is create doubt by saying bortlen did it not melly. But it wont work imo. If a real drive hy happened? And melly didnt shoot and kill them? Then why are you not at your so called best friend's you love?? Funerals? SMH all that together will get melly a guilty verdict. It would be difficult if they had one to 3 pieces of Circumstantial evidence. But they have 60 pages worth of Circumstantial evidence. So imo from all the evidence and reading this whole case. I believe melly is indeed guilty and killed them. But that 1 percent chance could get him a not guilty?? But trying to blame bortlen and then wanting a mistrial shows his defense knows he wont beat this probably.
