25. Smh… Yes, this case does needs to be reopened because there is no way someone who commit suicide will shoot themselves under their breast or chest. They will either hang, or shoot themselves in the head. Her husband killed her, and they know it. The authorities should be held responsible for not doing a thorough investigation.
