  1. he is not guilty just let him out of jail even though he was with his gang he still didn't kill anybody he was in the left back seat so the gang member on the right side shot them both in the front seat and people and judges are saying hes guilty thats messed up

  2. Wtf were is the song ffs I can’t go through 29 days of court to find the full clip. Law and crime should sleep with shabusiness

  3. It's ridiculous how the defense lawyer is trying to force Officer Michael Kelly to say things that are factually incorrect. It does NOT matter what height the gunman is when it comes to the angle of trajectory of the bullets. The rods determine the angle of the bullet passage, they(the rods) are particularly accurate once placed through something as thick as a car seat/door or headrest. I think the defense is trying to play on Officer Michael Kelly's character peculiarities in a blatant attempt to undermine his expertise but it won't work as the jury will clearly see this for what it is.

  4. To everyone taking interest in the court system for the first time because of this case, I implore you to do some basic research on the process so you have a better understanding of what’s going on. There are a lot of real lawyers with YouTube channels that break down cases like these.

  5. IF y’all in the comments spent as much time studying some actual books. Ya’ll would be a lot happier, a lot more educated PLUS have a FATTER PAYCHECK 💰

  6. Firearms expert is spot on here. The defendant’s alibi won’t be able to skirt science in this case and the jury will hopefully see it while deliberating.

  7. Prior to court commencing, the defendant appeared to be increasingly worried. Maybe finally understanding the gravity of the situation he now finds himself in.

IMO, the ballistics expert managed to make what is usually dry and boring information quite interesting. I watch a lot of court cases and I would have to say he is the best I've seen thus far. However, he went a long way to finally say the weapon could not be identified, and the defendant looked pleased.

IMHO, Investigator Kelly has a wonderful voice and, although he's obviously a little hard of hearing, I could listen to him opine all day long. Defense Counsel's questions of him only seemingly serve to confuse the jurors.
