Indiana Republican Representative Jim Lucas was arrested on May 31 for drunk driving and crashing his car along interstate 65. State troopers said he ditched his vehicle and pretended like he was going for a walk when they arrested him. During the encounter, he went on strange rants about Anne Frank and Hunter Biden. It amazes me, after the police officer put him under arrest, read him his Miranda Rights and yet he was not handcuffed. Hmmm.
