2. I laugh when just before sentencing, many cons say, "Im sorry"…or like her, interest in rehabilitition. A friend, robber/murderer, said jail does nothing to rehabilitate a prisoner. Only makes it worse for the most part. What changes does he recommend I dont know…but some need it now
