1. A sobriety test on the passenger? That's a little repulsive don't you think.

2. It's not against the law to avoid the checkpoint. Police agencies need to give people a chance to turn away before approaching the checkpoint. As long as you make a legal turn and use your turning signals correctly than there's no need for the police to chase you down. Police go after people if they break a traffic law while driving away from the checkpoint.

3. the Run everyone's ID they have to see if they owe money it is not about your rights it is to see if you owe money

ONUS, almost to the point of not being enraged anymore. folks will gripe about voting, but in this case it works. they tried this crap in Michigan, and I doubt it will EVER come up again because we said f-no. if this is what folks truly want in California, then this a non event anymore. hey California, hand your papers over with a smile and a butt-plug, you deserve it.
