1. Is it so hard for these ahole defense attorneys to get the mothers name right? I think I have heard two or three different names other than her real one. Absolutely no respect for the family and her memory.

2. This woman must not have children! She is insulting me as a mother sitting here watching this. What is done to your children affects a mother more than anything that could ever happen to their personal selves. Every woman in the world should be disgusted by the things she is saying! What a horrible person she is. And did the judge just say that? An act against a child is an act against that child’s mother (parents)! I liked him until he asked that. I am blown away they don’t see those two things as one and the same! Is it just me or am I missing something here…

Cannot STAND this "doctor"… SO CONVENIENT "all my PAPER records were destroyed". so he didn't SCAN them into his computer? to have ELECTRONIC COPIES to be able to collaborate with OTHER Medical Professionals? So many EXCUSES… and just repeats the same "lines" he's MEMORIZED for the Defense, over and over. FAKE and BOUGHT OFF by the WEALTHY JHACH.

4. It irritates the bejeesus out of me that JH's lawyers continually mispronounce Beata and Maya's names. Pretty much the only defence lawyer with enough respect to say their names correctly is Shapiro. Bee-ay-ta, May-a, Ko-al-ski (instead of ko-wall-ski)… it's extremely disrespectful not to at least TRY to pronounce someone's name right, and shows just how little they care.

5. You would think that by Day 16 the defense would be able to correctly pronounce names.

6. Dr. Corcoran explains that JHACH did not have any staff that was experienced with CRPS. If they just referred to an outside doctor for help, such as let’s say Dr. Kirkpatrick, maybe all of this could’ve been avoided… That’s just one of many things that went wrong at JH. I hope that this unfortunate catastrophic event initiates changes in hospital policy and medical education nationwide. And best wishes to the Kowalski family

10. Re: the Kolowsky, (Baeta, Jack) and their first encounters with Dr. Sally Smith talking with the parents and their beliefs that Dr. Sally Smith was a physician. Here is my story when my first born was 5 years old he started suffering with horrible stomach pains, so we took him to our local hospital and they diagnosed him with trapped gas x-rays should this etc. Days go by he continues to have same symptoms we take him to both our hospital and his pediatrician in regards to this same diagnosis etc. We go on a weekend holiday to visit family members samething happens. We take him to a local hospital where our relatives lives. The hospital ER doctor diagnosis him of having appendicitis and tells us he needs surgery. We merely stated to the ER doctor what took place at our hospital and his pediatrician and their diagnosis and we asked the ER doctor if we should get a second opinion closer to home. The ER doctor took our questions as though we were refusing medical treatments. They reported us to DCF the person who talked to us (myself and their father) she did enter the hospital and clearly identified herself and told us the reasons why she was there. Luckily for us the DCF person did not take the next step like Dr. Sally Smith did. Our son did get his surgery at that hospital.

If “every one of the 7,000 cases of Munchausen by Proxy that you’ve seen” had an evaluation given to them in coordination with that diagnosis, but in this case there had been an omission by Maya’s treating doctors, according to you, then WHY did Dr. Smith or any one of the other “professionals” that took on Maya’s case, give her that evaluation to properly diagnose Munchausen by Proxy? You’re already pointing the finger at her treating doctors for not doing something, yet the John’s Hopkins doctors didn’t perform it either and just jumped to a conclusion. How does that make sense? Not only that, but the same hospital told Maya she didn’t have ANYTHING wrong with her but at the same time billed the insurance for the condition they claim she “didn’t have”. 🤔 All of you are corrupt and should lose your license to practice or be around children if this is the level of “care” you all provide.

18. 1:07:37 ma’am, I hope you know that little “ha!” when it came to Satan Bedy interrupting Beata trying to pray with her daughter probably cost you $2M of the $220M that your client LOST. I don’t know how any of you at that table sleep at night standing up for the hospital, Bedy, Smith and the rest.

20. The D baggery of that D bag of a defense lawyer is repugnant, but very good for the plaintiff's case. He exemplifies the D baggery of the hospital which isn't lost on the jury.

My thought had been Beata may have been ok at beginning, say with Mayas primary MD, but over time maybe due to dealing with Mayas pain and her personality, it did cause concern and was appropriate to be concerned about Maya due to Beatas behavior. My issue was once questioning diagnosis seems as if staff did treat Maya as if she was faking and trying to catch her. She was a ten year old child. Not sure how that would affect verdict and pay out.

32. This totally different then plaintiff testimony. And how come whole time in video that Maya not aware of feet always turned in? But this woman saying never any issues with feet and moved legs all the time.
