   Her hair was blown off when shot, that’s why it was around her hands because they turned her over and it was already entangled with her hands. I feel so sad for her and her son. Can’t imagine what she was thinking when she saw her husband pointing a gun at her.

   This trial was Harpootlian's swan song, he did well. His client just talked too much with fading credability. It was a great Trial though, excellent.

   The one thing I don't hear being taken into account is that alex wasn't the average person competing a crime if anyone could pull this crime off is alex he's a professional in this matter he's a prosecutor

    If Alex had gotten Jose Baez, he more than likely wouldn’t have been found guilty. I can’t afford Jose myself but Alex could have. Casey Anthony?? Double murder Aaron Hernandez?? Let’s just be real here Alex defense team wasn’t that great!

    I have to agree with the attorney from California, i certainly don't agree with the Jurors in this case the lack of evidence is absolutely absurd. We can not just say there was no DNA of gun powder on Alex when police arrived ? i think i have a very sick feeling that i know who killed Maggie and Paul and it certainly wasn't Alex Murdock. It's a hot mess. We shall wait for an appeal ? NO EVIDENCE !

    The defense even mentioned hair in Maggie’s hand not being tested. Now that SLED can talk, it has come out that it was Maggie’s hair. Her tissue and blood and hair. They tried to cast doubt with things that were not even something that could bring doubt. The didn’t really have a defense, and were grasping at straws. I really didn’t care about his financial crimes, but it did point to a motive. I believe he would have been convicted even without that evidence.

    could the male DNA been the dr she had visited that day?? also she had a pedi that day, i dont thinkg she had her fingernails done tho,, but heck she had been in a NAIL salon that day.. even swiping a debit or credit card where others had used the same key pad, a guy or pedicurist had used the card reader… think about these things!!!

    Someone needs to go check that detailed timeline that was done by agent Rudofski its full of holes ive spent a long time going over it if anything its in alex's favour just to touch on a couple of things ive noticed the way the prosecution presented it they made it look bad for alex i will just point out a couple of things. The pace spread sheets done on maggies pauls and alexes phones it shows alexes times startig at 6.52 for the 1st entry and finishing at 10.58pm for the movements between those times 33x entries the numbering is a bit odd it starts at number 21 and finishes at number 33 when you get to number 26 the next number is 28 being 8.05pm to 8 .09 then the next number is 27 from 9.02 to 9 .06 where there say he is rushing around mad 283 steps in 70 to 75 steps a minute
    I also noticed his phone has a time line while travelling in his car to his mothers it shows the phone leaving the property in the car 9.22 to 9.32 so on until 9.35 to 9.45 9 .56 to 10.06 10.06 to 10.16 10.18 to 10.28 maggies phone only has 3x entries 8.17 when she got home and unpluged it from the mercedes then took 38 steps into the house the next entry was at 8.30 to 8.33 43 steps at 15 to 36 steps per minute walk from the house to pauls truck to go the kennels maybe then 8.53 to 8.55 59 steps at 25.8 steps per mimute i carnt see where she walked from pauls truck into the kennels or walking around in the kennels like you can see on pauls spread sheet both maggies phone and pauls phone lock at the same time never to unlock again at 8.49 but there are those steps at 8.53 somebody had the phone they said maybe maggie but it doesnt show the phone leaving the property it doesnt show it to match the gps system in alexes car like it does on alexes phone its just not right and needs to be investigated

    1 ) Alex deleted all calls from his phone
    2 ) Alex admitted he went for Paul's phone while his son's literal brains were blown out
    3 ) Alex absolutely had NO blood on him when seen by police that very night
    4 ) Alex was the only person placed at the scene exactly before and after the murders
    5 ) testimony confirmed Alex voice on that recording on Paul's phone in the kennels even though Alex said he hadn't been to the kennels at all
    6 ) Alex told his mother's care taker he was there for 30-40 mins but was there only 15 minutes
    7 ) Alex just so happen to "leave" right before the murders then just so happen to "come back" right after the murders
    8 ) Alex sold that house he wanted Maggie to sell but she refused .. so when she died he sold it by "right of joint survivorship"
    9 ) Paul being wiped out also wipes out that boating accident in which Alex was being sued for millions because it was his boat that resulted in someone's death
    10 ) by Maggie's sister testimony she said Alex was more concerned with Paul's court case than the actual brutal murders of his wife and son

    The more I listen to this case the more I am not sure there is enough evidence to have convicted Alec.

    The man is a scumbag to rip off all those people and to manipulate cases the death of Malory and perhaps the Smith case but there is not enough evidence for this case.

    Coming from someone from AUS who is perhaps more impartial.

    Either way if it’s not his family he will be convicted for other crimes.

    However is this a guilty verdict to get off all the law enforcement and other a$$holes who let him get away with too much over the years?

    Let’s not forget these people who allowed this…for many many years – is the county police overhauled also? If not they should be – are we simply being distracted?

    Since the investor proclaims there may have been 2 shooters and upon watching the trial jail phone calls exchanged with Alex and Buster along with extreme calm demeanor from Buster on the stand while going off gambling not a worry in the world didn't even want to be around to see who may have murdered his Mom and brother excluding himself from any possible harm his way my guess is he was the other shooter Buster never told his Dad he missed his mom or brother nor has Alex ever said that and with all the jail calls with his Dad he never seemed saddened or concerned by reality they were gone deceased never coming back I believe Alex promised Buster that he would end his life so that would award Buster 10 million for Buster's partake in the murders and for keeping his silence 🔕 att: this is only my opinion in what may have happened
