38. In Owensboro we have a man who murdered his mother with a baseball bat, hid the murder weapon and tried to escape across state lines. He served less than 14 years for that crime. Now he walks around with swastikas tatted on his face and uploads threatening messages to his facebook all the time. Justice is never served in Owensboro, Ky.
