To make matters worse, the young girl was threatened with criminal charges for sending the photos, further victimizing her in this disturbing situation. The father’s 911 call, intended to protect his daughter and hold the adult man accountable, went unanswered for six hours, leading to his understandable frustration and concern for his child’s safety.
