30. This is part of what makes this world so hard to have kids in anymore. In the past it was normal for a older person to see a kid smile and wave and think nothing of it. Now we have to worry if the person is a danger to our kids. And now other kids not knowing who our kids are hanging out with or even just being around. This situation shouldn't even be a thought we have to think about. Kids should be kids and shouldn't have to worry about a kid doing that to our children. It breaks my heart for the family I'm so sorry.
