3. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE GONE TO TRIAL!! TO MANY SUSPECTS! THAT WERE NOT INTERVIEWED!! JURORS CONFUSED!!

4. He did it because he wrote a song with him shooting them and blood was on him everywhere

5. This isn’t the first case Florida fumbled, won’t be the last.

I seen this coming on just the fact they searched the truck for 14 hours the first time found nothing searched a second time found nothing. but the 3rd time they find a spot of blood. how could anyone miss that the first time. no witness no weapon and took 3 times to say they found something in the truck. this is a murder. it had been very poor work by investigators & detectives. its on the state to prove that he is guilty without dought and they didn't do that. you cant take anyones life if its not 100% air tight someone got away with murder. I blame the police Detectives & Investigators. I never seen such a poor job done by a state. another thing maybe there was just nothing and they wanted to put it on him no matter what and took there chances. myself I would not have been Abel to find him or anyone that was on Trial guilty based on the evidence the state brought before the court.

8. To be honest Melly might walk a free man. There’s no witness seeing him shoot them or no gun. The evidence they have is really all he say. Ups on the phone is not saying he did it. Bullet casing in the car doesn’t have his finger print on it. So no one is 100 percent certain that he was the shooter.

9. It's been 5 years of time for the state of Florida to gather evidence. YNW Melly has been sitting in jail with no conviction for 5 years. The state of Florida does not have enough evidence to convict him or they would have instead of a mistrial. Let this man go home 🙏

19. how could they be confused? the gun was fired inches away from the faces…the drive by was staged… weapon was fired from Melly's seat in the car & shell casing was found on the floor board of where he was sitting.

If they cannot clearly prove this serious act with demonstrable evidence such as a weapon, clothes on blood, traces of gunpowder and they only have an SMS message on their phone, in my opinion this is not really enough, it is only speculation whether he did it or not, I think this would not be enough for our state
    during that time, this camp has split into two sides and that mili should be freed and on the other side there are more people who do not decide whether there is evident evidence and only want some kind of justice for these two young people who tragically lost their young lives
    more hateful comments from people who are hiding behind their identity, who vote because they were guilty and don't care about facts and evidence
    in this case it is very sad how evil and cruel the world is today
    if they want to condemn someone, a person should really think with a clear head and rationally judge whether this is enough to kill another young person
    I think the judge looks reasonable and makes the right decision
    I wish the families a lot of strong nerves ❤

The prosecution doesn't have enough evidence to show that melly did commit the crime because if they had the evidence that is clear he did shoot his friends..the case could have been over a long time ago.the prosecutors need to present something strong to show he did the shoot out….they have no evidence that's why they are trying their best to pin the blame on melly

29. Why say you were victims of a drive by if a drive by didn't occur not to mention all of the evidence pointing to the person the world saw get into the rear seat? Why would someone who supposedly rode in the same vehicle with you question you about being involved in your other friends death? Why ask someone to pick you up if you already had a ride??

31. This is the consequence of an EVIL government. They completely acted outside the law and outside of any beneficent moral compass. They threatened people. They kidnapped and tortured witnesses whom they didn’t like. They blatantly broke court instructions and showed unlawful material. That alone should have been a mistrial.

    Regardless of whether this man is guilty or not: the government IS guilty. They need to be punished for this. This will be a mistrial and he will go free.

33. man them jury’s have a very very hard decision 😢 because you never want to let a killer free and you never want a person to do life if they didn’t do the crime. i could see it both ways the The prosecution made a good case, and so did the Defense because we can’t say 100% melly was in the car maybe he did get out. but on other hand maybe he didn’t get out and killed the two first 😢😢😢it’s just a hard place to be in as a juror
