Terry Sanderson is suing actress Gwyneth Paltrow claiming she was skiing out of control when she hit and injured him on a Utah mountain in 2016. Sanderson’s doctor testified that by looking at his X-rays and analyzing his injuries, he’s confident Paltrow must have hit Sanderson and not the other way around. Paltrow’s defense team believes due to Sanderson’s previous medical history, he clearly caused the collision.

Most broken ribs injuries occur when the body hits the ground. Rarely does one body impacting another body cause rib damage.
He broke his ribs because she fell backwards on top of him, which obviously meas that he hit her from behind. This man doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
I watched the live video evidence of what occurred on the slope, Gwyneth Paltrow was coming down slowly on the right flank, while this man made a beeline straight across the run and impacted straight into her from behind, the injury to his ribs would of occurred when he caused Gwyneth to fall back on him, by being where he shouldn't of been, which was between her legs,
