2. I actually feel sorry for her. I never knew any kid who said on the playground, "When I grow up, I want to be homeless with mental issues." Something happens along the way to change everything. I am not sure how you can hold these people accountable when society has failed them. I'm not talking about your common crook, gang member or drug dealer. It's obvious a lot of these homeless people need mental help.

24. I was 17 yrs old when I was arrested for felony shoplift in the state of GA. I was a straight student, living in foster care and had recently left my job at Pizza Hut because I went to a new foster home too far away from Pizza Hut. I just wanted to replace the clothes that were stolen from the group home I was placed at. I was charged as an adult because 17 yr olds are adults in GA. That same year I received several scholarships, two were televised, trumpet awards and beat the odd awards. Four years later I graduated from university and never looked back.
    My point is don’t give up.

38. We have a huge homeless problem in this country. These people suffer from a variety of aliment. It does not help to mock and jeer. Some are afflicted by booze and drugs and often they can't help themselves. Others have mental afflictions. And a very few of them are just lazy.

This reduced population reduced in inbreeding with consequential defects such as lowered intelligence, criminal, and unstable mental tendancies. Those poor souls are always with us.

48. Walmart should give serious thought to purchasing their Shopping Carts from Aldi grocery stores. Aldi puts their value at $.25 per cart instead of $745.00.
