I'm not one to have sympathy for criminals but sometimes cops take it too far lmao like there's ten cops on top of this guy, all screaming conflicting orders, driving their knees into his back, and twisting his limbs in different directions and then you have one cop tazing his nutsack. I mean yes the crim should've just complied from the start but the cops also went over kill lmao
I looked away for a moment and when I turned back all I could see is a mountain of cops on the guy – laughed my ass off.

hey I'm not a lawyer, but repeatedly tasing an unarmed guy with 6 people on top of him seems like excessive force. He ain't going nowhere and you'll get his hands within the next minute, theres no reason to tase him, especially inside the thigh
