24. I'm from near where this happened. I frequent the park often. It was pretty sensationalize here. But when the torso was found and they realized he was not walking the dog but escaped in his neighbors truck, it was huge news as to where he was. Tips were coming in… everyone was glued to the news updates. Very sad. There is a freaky story about him that happened while he was in Macomb County Jail also. Involving a woman who stabbed her children to death. Hitting on her, etc.
