25. The prosecution had an opening statement full of facts. The best the defense had was a made up scenario that is completely unrelated to this case.

26. Contrary to popular opinion, I thought defense opening was good. He had nothing to work with.

27. The defence lawyer pretending to leave the room during his opening speech then walking straight back… who's idea was that? His whole opening is a complete mess.
    Just sit and acknowledge to the jury that your client is evil, don't bother with all the theatrics.

30. Incase anyone wasn’t up to date on this case, the reason he killed Gannon, the reason she despised her step son is because he loved his mother. She took care of the kids while Al was away all the time and Gannon didn’t worship her. He probably said things like I miss my mom or talked about her in a loving way and she despised him for this. She is disgusting
