3. I know everyone else watched this a year ago so I’m talking to myself but OMG this doc should have her license suspended. She not only has no short term memory, she out right lied multiple times. I’m a mental health clinician and the lies she told are unethical. She’s lying to get a child murdered off. Everyone deserves a defense but this is awful. The defense canceled their request for a MRI and EEG! 🤦‍♀️ Had to vent lol

4. I’m a therapist and although the prosecution destroyed this witness they could have done so much more! Psychotic people are disorganized. Leticia was incredibly organized with what she did and all the steps she took after the murder.

7. 44:21 Does this mean the defense only has two witnesses and so far the first was far more beneficial to the prosecution. So I would say it doesn’t count. That brings us to one witness for the defense. It doesn’t surprise me that it is impossible to find anyone to defend this woman. But it still is like, no one? Also, I seriously wonder if the defense ever spoke to Niederhausen or not. Because if they did, I don’t think they would have called her. I get the theory behind it. Mental Health defense, defendant saw a psychologist a month before the murder. But that is as far as it goes. When you learn she didn’t seek mental health treatment, she saw a general practitioner for constipation and filled out a routine anxiety assessment and was referred to a psychiatrist. Her testimony then states that there was no sign of serious mental illness. How did any of that help your defense?

18. Every case this so called doctor has testified in should be reevaluated she basically said she believes that Leticia has DID because she told her so and talked in a funny accent. Her life’s work is a sham and boils down to her just being gullible

22. This was an epic and skillful take down by the prosecutor. Kotos to Dr Lewis because it appears she truly believes in what she is selling. Her initial testimony for the defense was very impressive and somewhat convincing. Then ,she suddenly got ripped to shreds. What a shame moment that put a hudge dent in her credibility.

27. This Dr Lewis obviously did NOT do her homework on this whole case! She is constantly saying I don’t recall or I don’t know. She keeps talking when there are objections…I think that even the judge has heard enough from this woman! She’s not capable of making a call as to Letecia’s sanity. The other psychologist’s & psychiatrists were definitely more in depth with their findings. The defense should just give it up at this point. The prosecution has made the defense look inept at every turn! There is NO PLACE for an attorney in the forensic interviews either and the certainly shouldn’t SPEAK!

40. For those critical of Dr Lewis,she graduated from Yale medical school and Harvard. Medical school is tough enough and I imagine going to one of the top medical schools is that much tougher. You don't have to like her testimony but calling her a quack is a bit much.
