   Both sides just stipulated to NOT needing to AUTHENTICATE EVIDENCE… INTO THE RECORD…. BY WAY OF ESTABLISHING FOUNDATION…?

   Maybe I’m dense and extremely new to anything of this nature, but wouldn’t something like this be the first potential SUCCESSFUL argument on appeal… that is… after the main successor of ”ineffective assistance of counsel!”

2. 7:35:59 of course she’s fighting experts…this is the evidence that is going to be the nail in her clients coffin case. You can’t infer shorty police work all you want but you can’t get around DNA evidence

4. So…are they only allowed to show interrogation videos if the suspect doesn’t invoke his right for an attorney? I’ve seen a TON OF trials that show 4 hr long interrogation videos during trial. During Leilani Simon’s case they showed like 4 – 4hr long videos

The defense attorneys accusation that the defendants ex girlfriend who was dating the victim had the victim murdered so he could be framed …..she was happy with the victim why would she kill him just to get her ex in trouble—dumbest theory ever. Even if police didn’t investigate anyone else. Sometimes they don’t need to when all evidence points them in one direction. I saw the police interview for her and him -he for sure did this he was stalking the both of them because he was upset she was moving on

6. I’ve never seen a discussion in front of the jury on objections 😮

7. This judge is so in love with himself.. he’ll never retire. Annoying af.

8. The female defense attorney’s voice is so annoying! I would have to ask for a break due to not being able to tolerate her voice. I know the detective is about to crawl out of his skin listening to her. She’s not very bright either.

9. Holy smokes! So when a murder is committed, they generally focus on the love interest and/or person that found the body or scene first. They let the love interest/person who found the scene leave? WHAT?!

12. This judge acts like this is a teaching lesson….i swear he don't need to be a judge anymore…. When the defense said what's she said during opening statements that was definitely grounds for mistrial…. This is ridiculous 🤦🏻‍♀️

17. This defense attorney HAS to have a word in about everything! The prosecutor talking about the stipulation and the convictions of the first two he said they don’t have any convictions and defense agreed, etc she still had to come in and say we will work diligently and we agree! She can’t not just sit back when her words are not needed!

    Defense attorney wants EVERYONE in the state investigated!
