Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

I don't think there is enough evidence and the defense had a good point. If you have enough evidence, why do you need testimony from a scumbag prison snitch? This guy is definitely a jerk and a stalker, but I still don't see how there could be absolutely no DNA of his in the crime scene.

Apologies to Solomon, but during their testimonies both Olivia and Sophia came off as deft prevaricators. Being petulant and Ill-mannered, along with contradicting themselves, made them both incredible.

Ok …. I get it… ur a stalker…. so how do u make the leap to "because u stalk somebody and ur jealous…. u killed a grown man with NO WITNESSES …. (maybe one or 2 depending on what timeline the prosecution wants to use) saying they heard screaming, yelling, pounding, thumping. And NO WITNESS seeing u load or unload a body or multiple full trashbags. And NO DNA left behind? NO MARKS ON THE AGGRESSORS BODY?
Great closing argument from the DA, from the defence blah blah blah. Why did miss lady defence not speak, would have been better in my opinion. But oh well, let’s see what comes out of this very weird trial. Fun, with the greatest judge, but weird nonetheless.
