1. 2:54:21 he needs to speak for his own co council when talking about the last word….she has to have the last word even if it’s just repeating DA Gravely’s words and she has to be heard even on things that have NOTHING to do with her or her client! Atty Gravely could say “I have to go to the bathroom” and Mueller would say “he has to go to the restroom and I’m okay with taking a break” like they need her permission!

2. DA has mouthed the answer the whole trial and he also was shacking head yes and no as he was questioning the snitch.

3. Not for nothing but any feeling of harrassment by the victim would have been orchestrated by Sadies reporting to him directly. Idt he would have known he was on the defendant's radar had she not been fueling that. From the presentations, it comes across to me that the more comfortable or confident that sadie got with to a solid relationship with the victim, the nastier she got with the defendant. I never once heard or read anywhere of her saying to leave her alone, stop contacting me unless its about the kids, etc. Im not victim blaming, but i see no self advocacy or directness of her desired behavior by her ex.

4. What a Cracker Jack trial ! I would be ashamed to show my face at work much less in public if I was the Judge or the States team.!

5. District attorney is slaying and shredding! This little girl defense attorney had to have gotten an education online and while she was sleeping.

6. I keep seeing tons of comments about how its a waste of time that the defense put Mcattee on the stand and youre all wrong. The point of Mcattee was simple but incredibly useful and that was to debunk eveything that Washington said. Mcatee had mutuality with Zach and Washington, the state put Washington on the stand to testify against Zach, so in return the defense put Mcattee on the stand to testify against all that Washington had said. It was a great plan. Washingtons testimony was one of the most damming testimonies in the trial do to the information he provided, so getting Mcattee up there to debunk him and destroy his credibility was genius.

7. Also…thus judge is so one sided, its pathetic!!!

10. Informant is CLEARLY lying!! Career criminal has never heard of jumping on a case?? Right. His body language alone speaks volumes. Same with Graveley! He’s genuine Kenosha Corruption!!! So blatant.

11. I can't believe the defense has just started their arguments on DAY 13!!! This trial went on much too long considering there is no body, no weapon etc

13. This is extremely horrible, Zach should move on for good. And Rosalio should date a Single Girl, never had a Boyfriend before.

I’m playing catch up, but can anyone tell me why statements made by the defense witness, who’s in custody on federal charges, of things ZA said to him are considered hearsay, but the prosecution witness (Washington) was able to testify and say “he told me he stabbed him and has nightmares because he can’t get it off his mind”. Why is one incarcerated witness’ statements of things ZA said to him hearsay, but the other is not???

15. The judge lost control of the court very early in this trial. He actually made comments to the jury, regarding "unusual incidents throughout the day. He forgot to add that those incidents were caused by his lack of judgement in allowing testimony that he himself said, most judges would not permit in their courtrooms. If there is a verdict in this trial, l would be surprised.

16. I can't even keep the thread of what they are talking about with all the objections and case citing.

"YOUR COUNTY JAIL needs to get into the 21st century and be on board with PLENTY of other jails across the US that actually prescribe and treat heroin addicts with suboxone. The simple fact that the prosecutor LITERALLY objected to EVERY question on redirect. Total crybaby. And AGAIN the "Judge" shows his bias just now when he asked the State if they had a witness to call during the Defenses case in chief….. complete and total joke of a judicial system. Its flawed in so many ways but I consider completely SHATTERED when the prosecution and the "Judge" literally "sleep in the same bed." No way Justice will ever prevail in these situations.

20. And another thing prosecutor baby.. . Dont act like u suddenly are an expert about the jailhouse rules and policies and procedures youd wet ur pants just walking through the hall. So dont act like u know sh** about what u can and cant do in jail. 🙄👎

21. Crybaby prosecutor…. what does it matter whether they were in the hole together 3 days or 30 days? 3 days in the hole can seem like 30. But that is irrelevant because u want everybody to believe a women who talked to a guy for 3 months and fell head over heels in love with him and thought he cared about her too. All the while getting on dating apps and inviting other girls over to his apartment and meeting his kids and doing EVERYTHING he did to make her feel special to those other girls also. I would trust this witness more after talking to him for 3 days then I would Sadie in 130 days….. why? He has NOTHING to gain by telling his story. She has nothing to lose by telling her story. Not her that will rot in a prison cell. Not her that got murdered. Right Sadie??
